Take back your Power and Authority.

We have been given power and authority to fashion our lives after Christ.

To love what He loved, to hate what he hated, to do what he did (and more); To align our thoughts, desires, motives, and deeds with His heart so that we can be beacons of light that point the lost to the One who can save and transform their lives.

The kingdom of darkness desires to strip us of our power and authority so that we can conform to the ways, attitudes, and systems of this world rendering us powerless to draw others to Christ.

The enemy attacks the mind because, “As a man thinks, so is he.” (Proverbs 23:7) He knows that if he can overwhelm you with fear, doubt, anxiety, double-mindedness, depression and mental illness that your witness will be tainted.

So today, take back your power and authority. Declare the mind of Christ.

Pray this with me:

Father, thank you for creating us in your image. You have given us the wisdom, strength and power to be whole, to walk in humility and love, and to take dominion and authority over our lives.

I serve eviction notice to depression, anxiety, fear, doubt, double-mindedness, suicidal ideations, homicidal ideations, schizophrenia, bipolar, overthinking, and second guessing. Your lease has expired and you must go now in the name of Jesus.
